About Me

I am a research professor of Biomedical Engineering at the University of Ciudad Juárez, México (UACJ), Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering, and Research and Postgraduate Coordinator at the Institute of Engineering and Technology, UACJ. I serve as Editor in Chief of the Journal of Scientific and Technological Culture (CULCYT). I am a member of the National Research System (México) and the Mexican Society of Biomedical Engineering.
